Adel Research Group (ARG), formerly Adel Design Research (ADR), was launched in January 2021 by Prof. Arash Adel at the University of Michigan. It was renamed to ARG after the team moved to Princeton University.

Our director, Dr. Arash Adel, is awarded the Princeton Catalysis Initiative (PCI) Grant for the proposal titled "AI and Robotics-Enabled Circular Engineering and Construction of Civil Infrastructure" in collaboration with Co-PI, Dr. Sigrid Adreanssens, from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Our director, Dr. Arash Adel, is the 2023 recipient of the prestigious Architectural Research Centers Consortium (ARCC) New Researcher Award. The New Researcher Award recognizes Adel’s leading-edge research, which the award committee remarked "promises to shape one or more aspects of architectural research and practice."
Our project, Robotically Fabricated Structure (RFS), has been awarded the Jury’s Choice Award for the 2023 Wood Design & Building Awards program!
